1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ship In A Flash to create a shipment, you agree to the carrier's own terms and conditions of service (Purolator, FedEx, UPS, or otherwise) as well as these Ship In A Flash terms. Where the two conflict, these terms prevail. Agreements are only valid in writing.

2. Carrier Terms

For carrier-specific terms, refer to the selected carrier's own published conditions. Ship In A Flash cannot and does not alter a carrier's own terms of service.

3. Refunds

Ship In A Flash reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a refund or credit request for shipping charges, particularly where the request is made by a party other than the original payer.

4. Address Accuracy

An additional charge may apply where the receiver's address is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible at the time of carrier pickup or scanning.

5. Restricted & Inspected Packages

We do not ship liquids or dangerous goods. We reserve the right to refuse any package that is improperly packed, or that by its nature may damage other shipments or equipment, and to open and inspect any package tendered for shipping.

6. No PO Box Delivery

Ship In A Flash, representing our carrier partners, does not provide delivery service to post office boxes.

7. Chargeable Weight

Carriers may audit shipments for actual weight and dimensions regardless of what was declared. Rates are billed on the corrected weight/dimensional weight, whichever is greater.

8. Signature Requirements

Some carriers permit driver-release delivery without a signature in select areas. An additional charge applies where signature-required delivery is explicitly requested.

9. Transit Times

Displayed transit times are estimates provided directly by the carrier. Standard/ground-tier services are not money-back guaranteed by the carrier.

10. Extent of Liability

The carrier selected for your shipment is liable to you within the full extent of that carrier's own terms and conditions. Ship In A Flash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from loss, theft, improper packaging, or delay of a shipment.

11. Fuel Surcharge

A fuel surcharge may be applied to all shipments and is subject to change without prior notice - contact us for current details.

12. Payment

You agree to pay the total cost of the services provided, based on the items tendered and the prices displayed on the Ship In A Flash platform at the time the label is generated.

13. Chargebacks & Fraud

We treat chargebacks and reversals as potential fraud and may report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including on packages returned to sender.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship In A Flash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, even where advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Storage of Personal Information

Personal information collected is handled per our Privacy Policy. You will be informed of the purpose for which information is collected at the point of collection.

16. Customs Clearance

Cross-border shipments require accurate commercial invoice documentation and HS codes. Failure to comply with customs regulations may result in clearance delays and is the shipper's responsibility.

17. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

18. Termination

Ship In A Flash may terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
